About Us

     RWT Land Services, LLC was formed out of Thompson Interests, Inc. by Rob Thompson, CPL in July 0f 2006. Rob has over 38 years of experience as a landman in the oil and gas industry and has been a CPL since February of 1992.

​     RWT Land Services, LLC currently has experienced landmen performing drill site title work, due diligence, leasing, curative, rights of way acquisition for gas and oil pipelines as well as fresh water pipelines and dealing with land owners for cathodic protection and location damages. RWT has experience all over the United States. Recent jobs have included the East Texas Area, the Barnett Shale, Permian Basin, Louisiana, Arkansas, Oklahoma, Mississippi, Kansas and Ohio. However, our landmen are willing and able to travel and work wherever needed.

​     RWT Land Services, LLC is a fully GIS capable office, utilizing ESRI ArcView to generate information based maps and hosting large format digital printing services in house. We also use a program called Digital Land Management or DLM Plan to manage our leasing and right of way projects.
